These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Diveena mobile application ("Diveena" or the "App"), operated by Appercat Pte. Ltd. ("Appercat," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202609805H).
By downloading, installing, or using Diveena, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Diveena is for entertainment and personal reflection only. The palm readings, archetype descriptions, daily insights, compatibility readings, and all other content provided by the App are generated using artificial intelligence and are not based on scientific evidence.
Diveena does not provide and should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. The App's content is inspired by palmistry traditions, Jungian archetype theory, and lunar phase symbolism, and is presented purely for enjoyment and self-reflection.
If you need professional guidance in any area of your life, please consult a qualified professional.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Diveena. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Diveena offers the following features:
Some features are available for free, while others require a premium subscription or viewing a short advertisement.
4.1 Premium Subscription
Diveena offers a premium subscription ("Diveena Premium") with monthly and annual billing options. Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
4.2 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.3 Free Trial
Certain subscription options may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. Appercat does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
Diveena's free tier includes advertisements served by a third-party advertising provider. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements within the App.
All content in Diveena — including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, character designs, archetype descriptions, insight templates, animations, sounds, and the Diveena name and logo — is the property of Appercat Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
When using Diveena, you agree not to:
Friend palm readings are presented as your personal interpretation of what you see in a friend's palm. They are not definitive assessments of another person's identity, character, or future. You are responsible for how you share and discuss friend readings with others.
All readings and insights in Diveena are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide meaningful and engaging content, AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected, inaccurate, or irrelevant. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content generated by the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appercat and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or S$50, whichever is greater.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, that readings or insights will be accurate or meaningful to you, or that the App will operate without errors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appercat and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
